We build with both wood and aluminum fencing.
Aluminum is our go-to for perimeters, pools, and common areas. It won't rust, it asks almost nothing of you once it's in, and it keeps a property secure while still looking good. For HOA amenity centers and community pools, we write the layout and the pool requirements that apply right into your quote. The aluminum itself carries the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty, and our own workmanship warranty covers the installation.
Wood is what we reach for when privacy is the goal. That means property lines, enclosures, and the buffer between a business and the homes next door. Every wood fence is stick-built right on site. We set posts about two feet deep in high-strength concrete and countersink ring-shank nails so they hold.

We know commercial projects run on paperwork, so we make ours easy to work with. Every quote is itemized in detail. A board can approve it, a manager can budget against it, and no vague allowance shows up three weeks into the job.
Marking utilities through 811 and helping you with permitting are part of our standard process. Before we call a project finished, our foreman walks the job against our Installation Inspection Checklist. Your commercial job gets the same process as any backyard fence we build.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We provide a certificate whenever a property, a board, or a management company requires one, usually during the quoting stage so approvals do not get held up later. Heron Building Co operates under Tennessee contractor license #82657. Send us what your property needs documented and we will get it to you.
QUESTION:
Can you fence an HOA community pool?
Aluminum pool enclosures are a core part of our commercial work. The quote spells out the height, the picket spacing, and the gate hardware your applicable code requires, so your board can see what is being built before approving it. Self closing gate hardware is part of that specification and not an add on.
QUESTION:
Do you repair commercial fences?
Yes, including fences another company originally installed. Storm damage, leaning sections, and failed posts are what we see most on commercial property. When a fence is mostly sound, a repair is usually the better value and the quote will say so.
