WOOD & CEDAR FENCES
“Heron is an artisanal company that can compete with anyone on speed, accuracy, professionalism, and cost. I got a stick-built wood fence that makes the yard look amazing. But it is also the little things, like the way they trimmed back the trees, prepared the ground, and even hauled away the remains of the old fence. I highly recommend.”

ALUMINUM FENCES
“The Heron team installed a 4' aluminum fence at our new home. Jake met us onsite to measure and discuss the project. We received his quote promptly the same day. Once we had HOA approval, Heron got us scheduled for installation. Our site is tricky because they encountered a lot of rock, but they were diligent and were able to successfully complete the install and cleaned up the property afterwards. The team was all very personable and professional and we are very happy with our fence. Thanks, Heron team!”

FENCE REPAIR
“The gentlemen repairing our fence - Chris and Kevin - were fantastic! We asked the to match two different styles AND move a gate for us. Chris and Kevin understood exactly what we wanted, kept us informed during the process, and cleaned everything up after they were done. If it weren't for the new fence I wouldn't know they had been here. We will definitely use them again if we have fencing needs.”

GATED ENTRIES
“Jake & Heather are a fantastic team! They helped us design, build and install a brand new gated entry to our home with the upmost level of knowledge, skill and professionalism. As an added bonus, not only did they knock the entire project out of the park, they are some of the nicest folks on the planet to work with. I would highly recommend them for your next project. Hands down the best team to work with.”

ROCKY GROUND & SLOPES
“This was a challenging project involving rough and rocky terrain and coordination with overlapping construction. I appreciate Jake working with me and explaining my options. The installation exceeded expectations. Chris and Kevin performed exceptionally well in a difficult environment with their attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend.”

THE CREW AND THE FINISH
“Chris and Kevin worked so hard in the sun and heat, and in confined areas, and never lost their happy dispositions. They were committed to delivering a quality product and made certain I was happy with the end result. Every promise was kept, every communication answered promptly, and the job completed on time.”

A CLEAR ESTIMATE
“Even the process of assessing the job and getting an estimate was thorough. It was clear what work was going to be done, and communication from the team through the process always kept us informed. Shout out to his crew members Logan Gomez and Rogelio Saavedra Jr, who installed a beautiful fence.” — Craig O., Google review, 2025

OWNING A MISTAKE
“Heron Building did a great job replacing our fence! Communication from them was consistent and concise. Even after a few errors were made Jake admitted the fault and immediately fixed the issue instead of leaving it. Would recommend to others.”

CLIENT REVIEW
SPEED AND SCHEDULING
“We had a very tight timeline. Jake was able to order all materials and coordinated to finish the project on time. I had other fence companies quote me 2 to 3 months to complete. He finished in 2 to 3 weeks from the first call to being done.” — Michael M., Google review, 2024

WHEN OWNERS CAN'T BE THERE
“The whole project was completed before we moved into our new house. We were never on site because we were still living out of state. Since we could not be present, he took extra care to ensure that we understood what was happening and when. We could not be happier with the professionalism, quality of workmanship and the service we received.” — Ernie M., Google review, 2024

KIND WORDS —
The most professional and technical correct company I've ever used. This is the company you want to do your job hands down. There workers are machines and the owner is very polite and concerned about your needs.

I called the number and Jake answered the phone right off. He said he could come look at my job that day and within an hour he was at my building. Very professional and within no time I had a quote. This was a secure location and needed attention quickly. Prices were fair and it was very well done.

We thought we had exhausted all resources to find a fence company in middle TN who was not only willing to do our fence design but also someone who would commit to our requested level of detail. They completed our 179-foot fence in just a few days and to the spec we specifically requested. If you want truly quality work, choose these guys.

“Heron Building Co was great putting up our fence in 1 day! Quick to come out and give an estimate. We love our fence—it looks great. Would definitely recommend them. So glad we get to let out our dogs and they can enjoy their new fenced yard. They were communicative and fast to respond to emails and texts.”

“We had the absolute best experience with Heron for our aluminum fence and wooden privacy fence. The entire process was seamless, and the quality of work truly exceeded our expectations! Chris and Kevin were amazing. They went above and beyond so our dogs could safely go out. We cannot recommend Heron Building Co enough!”
